RETURNS

Any goodies you purchased must be returned within 30 days of shipping and all items are only eligible for store credit issued in the form of a gift card. Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn. Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Any International Delivery outside of EU and Puerto Rico needs to be approved by an authorized Forty Boutique personnel before completing the purchase. The client must contact Forty Boutique using our e-mail; fortyboutique@gmail.com.

 

How do I return an item?

How do I track my order?

 

Every final purchase will have a tracking number provided by the USPS, UPS or FEDEX shipping service.

What are your delivery options?

 

 

All our packages are handled and shipped primary thru USPS. If needed and/or requested by the client, we also ship using UPS or FEDEX, but this service is limited and on demand.
